Attributing Morgans Question

That's a very, very difficult call. As a general rule, die cracks (or the extent of them) are optional, as is clashing and noted die scratches/lines. Each are a function of where the die is in its' lifespan, and one should be able to see examples of a given variety with and without these features, whether they're recorded for it or not.

This, of course, doesn't count for sub-varieties where a certain die break or clash defines that sub-variety.

Date placement/orientation, doubling, tailfeather configuration, mint mark location and stuff like that can be expected to be seen on every example produced from that die pair, and are therefore prerequisites.
