Here are pics for the $2 bill no serial numbers I couldn't find away to edit my older post. Under the UV light the dots do show but some what faded, Bouey-Rasminsky signed. Bill looks as though it might have gone through the wringer a couple times a bit faded all over. Looks to be real just worn and aged,used which seems weird to me for a bill with no serial number.

This is one of the things to look out for, when trying to determine if a no serial number note is real or fake. The note looks faded overall, and I would assume that the serial number was chemically removed, a note with no serial number would easily be caught and saved from circulation and it would be very strange that one would have this much wear.

I have not come across that before and I have many bills like that one the only ones without serial numbers in my collection are the $1 centennial bills
