Kman Pillar of the Community Canada 933 Posts	Posted 01/08/2012 11:04 pm I know everyone is going to say that this is PMD but to me it looks like it got stuck 2 times, if you look at the obverse all of the errors are double struck but when you look at the reverse it is in almost perfect condition. RollSeeker Valued Member United States 366 Posts	Posted 01/09/2012 01:21 am It looks to me like there's a bit of the lincoln memorial incuse on the obverse form what I see in the second image. This could only be done if someone took another penny and smashed it on top of this one. A clash could leave an image in relief, not incuse. So it does appear to be PMD, although I'm also curious why the reverse isn't showing more noticeable signs of damage as you noted. Report this Post to the Staff
