It's a bit of work but you'll get closer to the actual value of the coins. Dealers probably can't make a good offer because they have to cover the costs of their business and still make a profit. And they know what their regular customers are willing to pay.... so if you want more than they offered you'll have to do a little more work to sell them. So if you have the time -- good luck.
