No, it's a one troy ounce .999 silver round made with a simulation of the obverse of a Morgan dollar. Value? Current melt price of silver, just under $30.

If you get a good scale, you may find it's slightly lighter than 31.103 grams, because of wear. A silver dollar is closer to 26.5 grams.
