This is a 1957-D Roosevelt dime graded by NGC. Give your best grading 'guesstimate' and how you came to that conclusion. I will post the actual NGC grade this Saturday.

Have Fun!

Another super nice Dime. Probably just me, but the strike looks a little weaker on this one, particularly the bands. MS 66.

If you had bigger (closer up) photos to check for any small ticks I can't see - I might go MS-68 on this one, but I also think it's probably a Star designation as well.

So I'll stay at MS-67* but add the star designation on my grade, the color on the obverse is lovely.

@westcoin: I am sorry, I tried to blow the images up a bit, but clarity was lost in the fields.

@ captainfwiffo: I own these two coins. I bought them for this exact reason... an exercise in grading.

Here is the actual grade: NGC MS67

My vote would also be for a '*Star*' designation, but who am I?

Excellent job I agree with you on the '*STAR*' designation. Oh well, I hear NGC is always looking for a good set of eyes!

Aww shucks thanks.

I'd love to be a grader at a TPG (I think), since loosing my job a few years ago, that I loved. I'm now working for peanuts at a job I can't stand, but just thankful to be working at all right now.

Sorry to hear of your current situation. It is a tough time in which we are all living. You have the correct frame of mind though... some is better than none. Everything happens for a reason, even if we do not understand at the time.
