This isn't a Canadian coin., but I wanted your thoughts on whether this is a triple struck obverse side . and their is also a number 5 showing to the right of the crest between the leafs near bottom.
al so has die crack on reverse near bottom right

Looks like major Machine Doubling to me.

It's a major doubling for sure. I wounder if the RCM struck this, is it not Mexican?

I have a 1999 just like that major doubling but know nothing about cuban coins found it in a roll of dimes

IF you take a close look at the forth picture down you will see in the opening were the 2 curls down . does look like 2 seperate number 2s on top of one another.
