also a good book that has prices is Standard Guide To Small - Size U.S. Paper Money 7th Edition, but what I have found is that most of the time all they have is the CU price values.

The date is hard to read But I believe its a 1934 Julian/ Morganthau signature. From District ( B ) New York Federal Reserve Note in Xf or Ef however you like it $19.00, Cu= $40.00 and Ch. Cu= $60.00. Your pic is really hard to get a Grade on it appears mostly crisp w/ a light fold down the center and some slight rounding to the corners I say Ef at the Highest. but that is based off your photo. Nice Note I have one just like it. I like The large Almost Lime Green Seal.

are you sure that it isn't an 1934(A) I was looking in my book and the signatures seemed to look the same as the 1934 (a), I could be wrong and just not remembering correctly

laxmaster92,
If you are in need of more opinions, if that note is a 1934, it is worth $20 in VF and $30 in EF. If it is a 1934 A note, it's worth $10 in VF and $25 in EF condition. These are the prices my current Coin Worlds Paper Money Values magazine. Your note seems to be in VF or EF condition. I would have to see in person to know for sure.
Good things,
Ty
