I have come across a Philippine WW2 currency note that I can find no reference to. I was looking for any help on the history of this particular currency and its uniqueness. Also, how do you place a value on these types of notes?

Hello and welcome to the forum.

Philippine Emergency / Guerilla Currency is listed in the "Special" volume of the Pick catalogue (Volume 1). This note is a 1942 series 1 peso from Leyte, listed as number S394 in the catalogue, with a recorded printing of 50,500 notes. My 1995 edition of the book lists it at $10 in Fine.
