Bizarre! Why Not Just Cancel The Listing?

?

Why not just cancel the listing? Seller has several like this.

I guess canceling a listing before the scheduled end date/time could result in a negative spot on their profile

No, there would be no negative effect.

I have removed auctions (without bids) before.

If he leaves it up, he can always change the info today/tomorrow/next day, without paying the listing fee again, and let the items end the same time as the others.

I have listed the same auction twice more times than I care to admit. If I don't have another item to replace it with, or the time, I do the same thing until I can put another item in that listing. I might just end it if my listing fee was 10ยข, but beyond that, I'm putting something up.
