I come across a lot of shiny lush coins but I don't know if they are actually proof or have cameo. These are from rolls.

What kind of rolls?

We didn't have true proof coin sets until the 80's. You can find Proof like coins floating around in rolls the odd time. This is due to uncirculated sets being broken OR the fact that the dies weren't stashed away after they finished making uncirculated sets, they'd just keep going on the die with business strike planchets giving some of the qualities to the business strike coins. It's possible to get a cameo coin without having a mirrored field on it.

Dies are expensive they used them until they gave up. Most of the early specimen dies were just refurbished business dies, which made sense since they made so few specimen sets prior to 67. They just changed the finishing on the die.

Anyhow, we need pics to help you diagnose.
