I am in the focal area for this variety and have found several; this is one of the nicer ones. I have no grasp on how to grade these very modern coins, so please give your opinion.

The nicks don't determine the initial grade though. A BU coin can have bag marks. There is some wear on his hair and some wear on the reverse in a few spots, so AU-55.
