cpfull Pillar of the Community United States 603 Posts	Posted 01/20/2007 4:14 pm I was just going through a couple of rolls of wheaties I got from e-bay, and I found what at first glance appears to be a 25, but if you look under a magnifier it looks like a perfect upside-down seven over some other number. coppercoins Pillar of the Community United States 7629 Posts	Posted 01/22/2007 10:31 pm I didn't really think one way or the other, but there's not really anything worth faking a 1925 Philly cent over. Change it to 1915 or 1945 and you still have a coin worth less than a quarter. No real point served. I have a 1914S changed into a 1911S...can't win for losing sometimes. 1914S is actually more valuable than 1911S now. Didn't used to be. Report this Post to the Staff
