Metalman Pillar of the Community United States 7123 Posts	Posted 01/21/2007 11:38 am Hi larrye They are made from real quarters if you look closely arounf the rim you will find where they have been joined,, one hollowed out one shaved down and made to fit inside the other, it is not possible to have 2 different dates on the same quarter,, since the previous years dies are destroyed at the end of the yearly run.
