We have 1981 3.5 claws 20 cents coins. But do we have 2010 or other years 3.5 cla .s? I have see this a few times and I am sure the claw is not touching the base of 2. Is this a variety or just normal release?

It could be a die fill rather than an intentional change. I think I've seen a few 20c pieces with 3.5 claws but as far as I'm aware, it was only an intentional change for some 1981 20c pieces.

I don't think it's intentional change as well because there is no profit for that. I tried to sell on ebay for $2 but nobody wanted to buy it. :-) Also, for this coin, the right claw is also not touching the base of 2.

fairly common, I found 1 today in my change. I have a pile I'm going to try and sell as a bunch, using the different years one day soon.
