Why keldaw2222, are you not the "blessed" noodler with 4 mules to your credit ? But I think you are right. I have experienced definite lean episodes in the noodling, followed by little bursts of "plenty". Sometimes those lean episodes can last too long though... Squire

Ozcoins , You don't have to nominate. You win "noodling find of the week" and "noodling find of the year" hands down. Pics would be nice though

Nice rim Cud. I've only found 1 and it was on a $1 coin which I think is fairly common.

Well as mentioned previously, I have started the ''chemical tests" on some shiny new 5 cent coins. I am going to dunk them in an unholy concoction of liquids in order to produce a "pub coin" (maybe). The shiny 5 cent coins will be immersed in the following (from left to right in the below pic). - Hot English Mustard - an excess of this causes violent reaction to the nose and eyes. Lets see what it can do to "Cupro-nickel"! - Mr Muscle drain cleaner - Red Bull high energy drink - ye olde Guiness - I figure the dark malt should engrave itself as deeply on the 5 cent coin as it does upon the hearts of true English/Irish men/women - Albertson's Soft Fruity White - Dr Pepper (yes they still sell this stuff here in Melbourne !) - Dracula's green energy drink - which probably has similarities to: - Power Force Heavy Duty Cleaner - Hoyts Hot Peppers. I shall leave the coins in there for two weeks. Will show pics afterwards. In my "scientific alter ego" Squire

Squire, Please make your own thread for the experiment. I (and I am sure others) will be interested and no one will be able to find it later on under "noodling finds". Can I suggest "salty water" too?

Hi ozcoins. Thanks for the suggestion. I shall start a new thread. Yes, I shall try salt water also.
Cheers

Grrrr.......some people have all the luck!! I went through $300 worth yesterday, 15 x 2000 flags in there, but no Incuse Found a 1985, though, and a 1993 as a small consolation. I guess they are still out there - well done!! BTW, anyone finding 'twist top' 2010 COA's ? What states/locations have they been found in?
