I forgot to mention your ebay noodle as the 'finding' method: pardon me. Whatever, they are a good get, and I'm resigned to going the ebay route for one..... Have you got it in hand yet? I see a very similar piccie to yours just listed on ebay, surely you are not offloading yours already?

I won't get it for a week or so, I think Australia post is still using camels to transport the mail interstate. No way am I "offloading " mine, I have a page in one of my 50 cent albums just for these I still need 6 more to fill the page At some stage in the future these will be needed to "fill the hole" in albums and then they may become a valuable item. In the meantime they are relatively cheap and I am on a quest to complete a page of these. The best one I have so far is aEF and I would aspire to get one in UNC

Must be the week for $2 rim Cuds! Found one like keldaw2222, only on the opposite side of the reverse Also snared what I think is a 20c 'gap'. What do you all reckon? Still haven't checked through the change from this week's shopping, so fingers crossed there's something good to discover. Oh look! They're both 1977 I just realized!

Nice long rim Cud there RAD,looks like it has a nice wide double rim following the Cud to the left, what year is your coin ? Also Kel,what year was your coin ? I noticed the Cud is on the opposite side to RAD's coin so there must be a few years with this type of Cud,I've been getting a little interested in some of the long rim Cuds so knowing the years would help with noodling. RAD,1977 20 cent wave gap,Hmmm I'm not sure it is significant enough of a gap to qualify sorry but thats just my opinion, others may see it differently.

its only a very small gap. The 2008 gap is quite a pronounced. Youve got a nice rim Cud there though on the $2 coin.

I don't think you will need a feed of hat nancyc as the $2 wasn't minted until 1988

That didn't take long. Why spend it when any local coin collector will give you a few dollars for it. Or, check ebay prices. Jeff

This week's top finds; - Incused millennium
- 1985 50¢
- 'uncirculated' 1991 50¢
- really nice 1995 20¢
- EF+ 1988 50¢
- a few other very nice 20¢ and 50¢
These from my regular order of $400 (50¢ this week) and a cashed in letter box that yielded $140 of 20¢ and $220 of 50¢. Be patient, pics coming soon (I hope). Jeff
