1922 Belgium 25 Ces Rare Variety (With A 1 In One Star?)

Hey guys, I found this Belgium coin to be quite unique out of my pile that I bought off ebay, upon further observation, theres a 1 in one of its stars (photos included) making it having a value of 10-20 dollars depending on its grade. What do you guys think, is this the 1922/1 Variety or just an ordinary one, please let me know! Thanks for all the help guys!

I am afraid to disappoint you: this is the ordinary version. With 1922/1 an overdate is meant: the last digit of the year 1922 (2) was struck over a 1.
What you see in the star wasn't struck at the mint: it is an alteration by use.

Yeah, only Spain did the number-in-star thing, and they stopped in the 80s.
