Hi guys, I found this a while back and am wondering if its too good to be true or not, it looks like its from the early 1800s and possibly late 1700s. What would it be worth and what is it really? Thanks in advance for helping me out, please let me know!

This coin is indeed genuine: it was issued by the short-lived Neapolitan Republic, which existed for a while in 1799 and was re-incorporated in the Kingdom of Naples later that year.
ANNO SETTIMO DE LA LIBERTA means "Year 7 of the (French) Liberty" and is 1799 following the French Republican Calender.
Your coin in a 4 TORNESI (TORNE/SI/QUAT/TRO = 4 tornesi).
My Krause gives a value of 5 $ in VG
