I agree with you ContraJame, definitely not a US mint product.
I am pretty sure these are all .999 fine one troy ounce proof rounds. At todays prices, there is roughly $280 of pure silver in this set.
Collectors tend to pay a premium for US minted proof sets, however, I would imagine that this set would sell for a minimum of $350 for 3 reasons. They are attractive proof rounds, it is a complete set, and of course the amount of pure silver content contained in the actual rounds.
Having said that, someone might be willing to pay more depending on the total mintage of the entire set. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find that information anywhere as of yet.
Also, I am sure many sets have been sold off as individual rounds over the last 26 years which only adds to the value of your set. If the mintage is fairly low, a local collector with a passion for Texas history and coins may be willing to pay significantly more than $350.
Of course, this is all speculative and I am from New York so I really don't know much about anything.
