Max, Unfortunately I'm not familiar with the gold and silver content of all these coins. Can you quickly verify that all of them are at least .900 or better so I can add them to the count? And thanks again. We're closing in on 40!

The Netherlands coin is 98.6% silver , sadly the ottoman empire coin is only 83%. The third Reich coin is 90% silver and the New-Brunswick and Newfoundland coins are both 92.5% silver. As for the gold coins, the five dollar is 90% and the half sovereign is 91.7%.

You have anything else to add to the country count that hasn't been posted, Max? We have a looooong way to go, yet. Australia's represented but I love the "Year of" coins, anyway.

Thank you. 5 dollar gold pieces from Canada are very beautiful and detailed coins (same with the 10 dollar because the only difference is size)
The Australian coin is year of the rabbits but yes it is the Australia lunar coins, I wish I knew more about Australian coins because I think their designs are wonderful and creative. (especially the 1927 Florin)

Quote: The third Reich coin is 90% silver 2 reichsmark coin is only 0.6250 silver, but if you have 5rm it would qualify (0.9000). Reverse design is same in both coins (head of Hindenburg).

Quote: Mongolia 2007 500 Torpor-Wolverine Wildlife Protection Gulo Gulo Here is another one "from" Mongolia; also a 500 tögrög (or tugrik) piece, issued in 2011. It features a Ural Owl, again with Swarovski crystals. Cool designs, even though they don't really have anything to do with the issuing country ... Christian
