I wouldn't be surprised that the winning 'bidder' is a friend or relative who is in cahoots with the seller. They are probably 'testing the waters' of ebay and planning something bigger for later. Bryan1315 Bedrock of the Community United States 14454 Posts	Posted 01/28/2007 12:03 am I saw that auction because he had it in the $20 gold category but at that time it had a starting bid of 500.00 and no one had bid on it yet, I really didn't think anyone would ever bid on something like that but I guess I am wrong. I bet the only reason it went to high is because he put it in the $20.00 gold category and someone thinks they are going to get a 20 dollar gold piece in high grade along with the other coins Report this Post to the Staff
