Constantine II son of Constantine I. Campgate SMANT delta dot in doorway. RIC VII #73 listed at R5. Rare coin very nice example.

Are you sure it's a rare coin?

All the similar coins I found on vcoins never mention its rarity.

Also, is $45-65 a fair estimate of its value?

Rare in the sense that there are not many that have been found. Value is based on example known to exist and on condition, if it was in mint state, no wear, perfect strike and centering than it's value climb.
