I'm starting to sell off some of my surplus 1964 Kennedy halves and took another look at some. I found these two 1964-D coins with strong doubling on IGWT. Years ago I found another with probably a tripled die obverse. For these two I just see a DDO but I'd appreciate any comments. They look similar to each other but I suppose they could easily be two distinct versions.

What do you think? Would these coins have any premium value over an ordinary circulated 1964-D?

That was the OP's question

I would definitely keep them seperate and sell them as such.I'm no Kennedy guy but pretty sure I've heard of DDO's for this year bringing a premium. Chuckster125 would know..maybe send him a PM.

Jaobler: Nice coins!

There is a premium for these coins.

Your coins don't look to bad , you might be able to sell them at around $10.00/$15.00 each (IMHO)

Did you check the reverse Mint/Mark to see if it was also an RPM?, the tripled DDO also has a nice RPM "D".

Here are some listings on ebay right now.
Some of these are for quadrupled etc.

But both of these are different doubled dies. Both very nice. My favorite is the #2.
