Possibly and RPM, but I can't quite tell, any chance you could zoom a little more?

Thingee,

The zoom on the picture is fine,but it does need a little more light.

What little I can make out,looks like post mint damage.Something,
another object struck the coin in the area of MM and moved the metal.
