"Bleeding" letters on the volunteer dimes is common

Some of the tip on the letters are Definitely raised biggfredd but there is that streak that continues which I know is common but there is a raise on the letters.

It's not PMD, it's a Die Deterioration, common with the volunteer dime. We see that deterioration mostly with the "P"(steel) marked coins.
