"All items are guaranteed authentic for life" is a good sign, particularly if the seller has been on ebay while and has no negative feedback. I compared your coin to two databases of fakes, linked below, and did not see a match on the reverse--also a good sign but not a guarantee of authenticity. The monogram on the reverse identifies it as minted in Miletos, it shows some wear and possibly silver crystallization--another indicator of old age.
What I do is look for matches on these two sites. Note that sometimes the obverse/reverse dies will be swapped to avoid detection.
