I was going through a new nickel box so fast I almost threw this one back until I caught the 3 in the date.

I haven't even done any conservation to it, found as is. Any grade ideas?

Always fun to find a 70+ year old coin in circulation rolls ... especially a 1st year of issue.

I'm going with VF20 - Details for grade. IMHO the significant rim hits seen on the obverse hold it back from a 'clean' grade.

Nice roll find ... thanks for sharing.

I would say Fine details for the rim damage. None the less, nice find.
