There seem to be satire-impaired readers on here.

I've heard from an RCM staff member working on the floor that people are wearing lead jackets and making sure they don't look straight into the coins. Sun glass won't work, apparently radiation goes through them and can later cause partial vision impairments. This is just speculation of course. In addition, large quantities of Dino coins were purchased by radical factions operating in Iran. The United Nations Security Council Resolution 1984, adopted on June 9, 2011, concerning Iran and non-proliferation, the Council extended the mandate of an expert panel monitoring sanctions against the country over its nuclear program. This cannot be a coincidence. Stay tuned, as we may uncover more about this unique NCLT coins.

As a condition of letting Quebec secede, all dinos must be buried there.

What you guys mention above are serious about the coin. Or just something joke to kill time. I don't think a pop public coin have many serious concerns.

Long time collector, first time poster. I ordered my Glow In The Dark Dinosaur coins on 4/11. Still nothing but lip service from the mint. I have watched the RCM site almost daily for comments etc. from others who are waiting, like me, and for any tidbit of information. Last night, there were 64 comments (mostly negative) and this morning there are only 57! Now where in the heck did the 7 negative review ratings go? I hope the RCM is not manipulating the reviews to avoid negative publicity.

Two weeks ago, I removed my Dino-coin from it's RCM packaging and then carefully added it to one of my Canadian Quarter albums ... WARNING => not only did it melt-through the plastic holder, but it seems to have given some sort of verdigris-disease to several of the silver quarters in my album!! Oh, and if that's not bad enough => it burned my hand when I tried removing it from the album! .... ... currently, it is residing underneath my couch and it growls at me whenever I try to fish it out with the broom!! I'm just sayin' C'mon => man-up and enjoy the coin!!

It might growl. But not for long - it will surely outgrow the house soon: I heard they put real dino DNA inside the coin so together with thr high radiaton level results are unpredictable!
