Good onya Squire, it's always good to complete a set that you've put together over a period of time, gives a good sense of achievement I think.

biggfredd,i had to google hillwilliam to know what your talkin about but yes the queen does look a bit like she's got the bucky beaver thing happening, might be all the interbreeding ( just kidding if anyone should take offense )

Thanks appleangel07
Yes, it was a pleasant surprise to find that SA "Centenary of Federation" 50 cent coin winking at me from out of that handful of other change. It was difficult to get that one , and finding it was quite unexpected .

But now it is very satisfying to display the set of coins on one page !.

I have completed collecting each type of circulation 20,50 and 1 dollar coin. But of course there is always the search for better quality coins and variations and errors to keep you checking your change .

That penny does have very nice toning. Did you end up splashing out for a mule?

It is very well centred which is the main think I was hoping for. I'll let some others decide the grade because I dont even attempt the IRB portrait.

It is generally considered (which which I would confer) that a well centred version adds to its value/saleability. Regardless, I'm pleased you finally stepped into this one, and hope you find it satisfying - are you still looking for a quality half/full sovereign?

I will be getting one in the next two months hopefully. Will be getting a 1915S half sovereign. I have found one which is a little overpriced so I'm going to do some shopping around seeing as I'm not in any big hurry and they seem to be common as dirt. The mule excites me more anyway
Rest in Peace

enworb , I reckon your 1959 florin is better than unc, I would call it a choice , yep looks like a mint roll coin , very rare to get 59 florin without some bag marks , nice coin

Thank you bellyflorin! I think this roll may have been a little loose as all of the coins had some light marks in the lustre . It cost me $20 which felt like a bit too much.... what do you think?

You did well to pick it up for $20 enworb , the 1959 has a low mintage ,there are some mint 59 rolls still out there , they sell for close to $700, I know cause I brought one lol, so it works out about $35 per coin you got a bargain
