This is not a coin, but a temple token. Ramatanka usually depicts Lord Rama on one side. This one shown is not of that variety. On the upper image, as already pointed out, is Kali the goddess of revenge for good causes stands on Darika, a demon who used to harm the world. The legend on the right in Devanagari reads "Kali Matha" and that is repeated in North eastern language on the left side.On the lower image, there is figure of Lord Krishna the god of love and Radha, his fiancee. Script reads "Radhakrishna" in both languages. Since the script other than Devanagari looks like either Bangala or Assamese, the token might be from one of those states of Bengal or Assam.
