Technically it could be also a halfpenny or a farthing for they are very similar in design. Though in Victoria's time the denomination was clearly spelled on the reverse it is all worn out on your coin. Having said that I do agree with Biancasdad on a penny, looking at the proximity of letter "B" (a part of "BRITT" in the legend) to the bun in Queen's hair.
So that should be a bronze penny, diameter 31 mm.
