Well new to me at least, and a 52 Large Cent. Picked these up for an unbelievable $20 at a new Flea Market I passed by on the way home from work yesterday. I picked the 4 coins up and asked how much and the guy says "Will you give me $20?" I said sure I'll give you 20. The halves look like they may have been polished a bit, but I am cool with that for the price. I think I could trade up with these and still come out ahead.

I'll say you did alright. $20 is a great price, even if the surfaces were polished. The silver content alone is more than 20 dollars, not counting the 1852 Cent. Congratulations.

Even if they are polished, you did great at $20!

Our local coin shop is paying at least $10 each for silver halves so obviously you got a great deal. I'd make that flea market a regular stop on my afternoon commute!

Melt is still over $11 on silver halves, even with silver having dropped a lot lately. So you got $33 worth of silver alone.

Nice pickups, always good to pick up silver under melt price. The Large Cent looks good.

That is the first time I have ever seen anything other than wheat cents at the local FM's. This particular vendor had an eclectic assortment stuff to sell. I just asked if he had any coins and he reached around and pulled a small can out of a box and told that these were all he had. He said he would try and get some more coins for next weekend, so I will have to make sure I get over to see him.
