Silver could tread water (up a little, down a bit) for a few more weeks or even through most of the summer, but I'll go on record as saying it passes$40 with room to spare by the end of the year.

Investment experts say silver will be bullish, I wouldn't expect it to drop very much below $25 at all this year and could see it over $40 once more by year's end.

@larsdog, most likely you're hoping for something that won't happen this year, silver is a precious metal for a reason and a finite resource, you're not going to find prices you'll want to pay in the near future at least.

You may be right. Could just be wishful thinking on my part. I have a lot of empty spaces for 90% silver coins and I was hoping to snag some bargains. I can only afford to collect lower quality coins so silver price has more of a direct effect on some of the items.

Larsdog, I think you should start looking in to buying these coins your talking about. After today it looks like they are gonna start talking about another QE. although I dont think the FED will do it just the talk of it can shoot silver up to $35 or 40 an ounce

I would agree that all silver stackers should be adding to their stacks during this sub-$30 silver price sale. Will silver drop to a lower price? Perhaps, but it is looking like there is a lot of support for silver in the $27-28 price range.
IMHO, the Fed will find QE3 irresistible due to the recent unemployment numbers, so by August at the latest, we should be into QE3 money printing and rising prices for stocks and commodities.

Just a quick question about the Military silver dollar just sent to me. There are no silver markings on it. It has certificate and I know the regular silver proofs have nothing either. I guess just a little skeptical since there was that error on those Birth sets! I know off topic but just a question. Thanks!

Can we see a pic, Angel? I'm no expert on what you're describing but someone on here should be able to give you his/her well-informed opinion.

I thing PM's are on a more steady climb up, then down for the next few months. So sub 30 silver should be gone by the weeks end....

Probably wishful thinking but I can see sub-$30 silver all summer.
