@jbuck: For the set missing the COA I am hoping so too, but probably not. I am researching on Amazon for the next 3 Mint sets to buy once I get paid on Friday, and most of the sellers seem to be "Odds and Ends" shops. I think they have a habit of advertising these sets as complete when they don't have the entire (or even right) set and then send them out hoping not to get caught. We shall see.

If it is important to you (and there is nothing wrong if it is), you may be able to find a COA from someone who broke their set apart for their albums (like I do) and does not want to keep all of the OEM material (like I do).

@jbuck: I might, haven't though that far ahead. Depends on the bottom line in this case at the moment. If I can find a COA on ebay for $5, it makes more sense to return the set and find a new one if the return postage is half that $5 ebay sale. That is, if the company replies to my e-mail. =)

Update:
Sorry for the delay. The seller refunded me my money 3 days after I shipped the product, so I am just out the return shipping fee.
And I had to send the other guy two e-mails about the COA to get a response (he swears he sent a reply to the first e-mail). A few days later I got in the mail my COA and it was in perfect condition.
All in all, everything turned out O.K. I think.

Good to hear everything worked out. Amazon is a pretty good place to shop, their shipping and returns are the best.

Most dealers will readily rectify mistakes like that. I have pulled a few goofs myself that I have had to fix. It happens.
BTW, which mint sets were you looking to get next?

Semi-off-topic but related to the image optimizer problem and whoever posted GIMP as a resource: I have a PC, but GIMP is what I use. It takes a little getting used to but once you've learned, you never go back. If you decide to download it and you need help with the interface I'd be happy to share :-D
