3.11 is normal weight 3.01 is within tolerance I would think, given it may have lost a little copper after 40 years of circulation

this coin is very good condition besides the little bit of extra weighted gum on the reverse lol
what is the tolerance for a LMC?

pre-1983 bronze planchet- 48.0 grains +/-2.0 grains (3.11g +/-0.13g)
copper-plated zinc planchet- 38.58 grains +/-1.54 grains (2.5g +/-0.1g)

That is probably grease on the reverse. Probably a green thorne would move it easily.
