PS: Sorry about the mix-up on my DATE on last post.I meant a 1971 DDO.Just found a 1989D Penny strange error, the roundish bad Blank made the motto's and Date unique.Example, the 8 in date has another totally seperate cut-in-coin 8 sticking out of the 8.The E in Liberty has another E cut-in-coin next to the E.

Is there more off to the left of the memorial or is that PMD or Cud maybe?

I agree with the delamination, what is the raised surface to the left of the memorial, PMD or a Cud?
