Hello, Friends...I found it about a year ago.Thought you might like to see. When I told one local coin dealer about it.He immediatley knew what I was talking about. How many of these have been found?
Is this Real US-Mint Error?

God Bless
Beck,
Lincoln Penny Treausre Hunter

Damaged 1982 large date Lincoln Cent? I would say a lot. Clearly it is Post Mint Damage inflicted on this coin.Take a pair of diagonal cutters and you can make the same marks. I dont know what the coin dealer saw, but if he offered you more than face value I would have sold it. I would say it is NOT a Mint error.
