Thanks TJ, echizento and stevex6
I was able to find this one on Wildwinds (should've looked a little harder to begin with).
There it is listed as..
Ref Titus AE Dupondius, RIC 761 (RIC [1962] 813a) (Vespasian) [attributed to Commagene], Cohen 326cf, BMC 891, RPC 1991 [attributed to Antioch]
Titus, as Caesar, Æ Dupondius. Rome mint for Syria, 74 AD. T•CAESAR•IMP•PONT, laureate head right / TR•POT•COS III•CENSOR, winged caduceus between crossed cornuacopiae. Cohen 326corr, RPC 1991.
And also Sear Roman Coins and their Values (RCV 2000 Edition) Number 2472, which my book is the 1988 Edition.
This is all a bit confusing. Nevertheless it's a similar type to my Domitian with a different Ruler. There are a few more rulers who issued this type.
