Can't figure this one out. Thought it was Spanish, but nothing in my catalogs. Thinking maybe Italian States? Has a strange countermark that I've yet to identify. Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.

I'd guess it's a scale weight.

It's a coin weight. Check how much it weighs; I'd bet it weighs the same as a Spanish 2 reales.
