French 12 Sols 1760. Mint & Privy Marks?

I have a beaten up piece of silver, probably 12 sols though it's .5 gr underweight.

French-12-Sols-1760.-Mint-&-Privy-Marks?

French-12-Sols-1760.-Mint-&-Privy-Marks?

Beneath the truncation on obverse is a lion passant. Any idea on whose privy mark?

On reverse there should be a mint mark between the words Domini Benedictum, instead of which there is what looks like an ampersand (&).

Any ideas?

Mintmark "&" is for the city of Aix en Provence.
