The details look XF40 or so and the coin appears to have been cleaned or polished, particularly the obverse. This one could use a year or two on a wooden windowsill to pick up some toning.

I'm almost afraid to ask what a wooden sill does to a coin, make the silver tarnish? I appreciate the honest eval. Going on your assessment, you've just doubled the value of my coin. Thanks.

with XF40 details . Nice strong strike on the reverse! That low E in STATES should help give up the overton...I will look this evening if another has not attributed it yet...

Yes - sunlight, fresh air, and unfinished (preferably) hardwood will impart some tarnish (toning) over time.

Again, my thanks to Amida17, BH1964, D0ubl3Eagle, murty and Prethren for helping me grade my coin. I looked up the Overton variety and made note of it for my records.
