My guess is they basically paid the next price up. I wonder how much companies honor the gold sticker opinion if you send it in for a regrade

Well it would be two grades up to get to that price range.

Anything on ebay I basically consider plus or minus 1 price grade to be its grade with how auctions can end up all over the place. I'm sure part of it at least was people never seeing a gold cac before
