How many circulated dot cents are known to be around? I mean heavily circuated, grades lower than EF-45. Are they more rare than the uncirculated ones?

Np Problem Alex,

When you want to quote, you copy the text that you want to quote and then go to "Reply To Topic" at the bottom. There is a section above the reply section, called "Format" The second last option in that row will quote the words for you (It's called "Insert Quote").

Hope that helps.
