Quote: More than half of the 888 pandas sold already
Yes, less than 400 left BUT I don't think they put everything on sale through their website: dealers will get their share too. Based on the selling rate, I'd guess they kept ~500-550. Still, may be sold out before going to public.

Can anyone post any pictures and/or details about the newest coins for non-MC members please?

@ jsinger21, if you want to see the photos and the specs for some of the upcoming coins
Go to the first page of this thread. Take a look at the last post on the first page. Follow the instructions. I just tested them out a minuet ago and the photos are still live.
I would prefer to upload the pics but I do not want the RCMintP to delete the thread.

The Panda's design is really weird, far less than Chinese Panda 30 ann. 5oz and 1oz gold, Even the Chinese design is too concrete.

@Ail, Someone uses this trick to find out. Quote: All you have to do is enter 1000 sets to buy and it will automatically adjust your order to their remaining stock works on most websites when you do this to avoid over selling From elkslayer132

I can't see how just putting a T and É (presumably for Token and Épreuve) in the maple leaves makes them tokens. They have a denomination, which makes them patterns (trials?), not tokens.

picked myself up the moose, mantis and lismer coin.
I can't convince myself to start collecting these new boat coins. The new flower coin is stunning, just if I end up getting that I know 100% ill have to get the previous two coins in that series also... not a good thing when you're trying to cut back!

You can put much more details on bigger canvas but same details on small coin will look like a noise (and/or you'll need magnifying glass).

@Ail Whoever had made the decision to promote Canadian Artists through the RCM should be given a fully paid 1 week Vacation to whatever destination they want. As such I also picked up the Bateman coin, Praying Mantis, Richard Hunt's coin and F.H. Varley's Stormy Weather. The Lismer coin doesn't do much for me, so am staying way back from it. Lawren Harris and Frank Johnston are going to be (imo) the best along with the Varley in the G7 sub. Can't wait to see who else they pick in the artist categories, maybe a sculptor?
