I'll go with MS65+ due to the light mark in the right field of the obverse. However, if that mark is not visible without magnification, I will also say MS66.

Hard to tell for sure if the lines in the fields are die polish marks or some other contact marks. From the looks of the photo I'd go MS65FB.

An expert grader can differentiate between die state/punch
or wear on FSB's. If that coin does not have FSB's then
it is because of the die/punch not wear or a PM hit.
