XF45 - AU50 w/environmental damage

Obverse: slight wear on cheek and above the ear.
Reverse: AU to mint condition

I see only min. rub. Even see some tiny red in there.
Punch is moderate. Get rid of the green and i'd say an easy 55. May go 58 if fixed correctly. Not much diff. in value
splitting hairs in the AU range.
The verdi seemes to be not affecting the underlying areas.
