It's a shame the prefix wasn't AJ  I've been getting consecutive $5 notes out of the super market self serve machine.

I'm not into "Serial No's" but from what has been presented here, This is a 2 digit repeater, 7 digit radar and a first prefix.  Rob the 2nd.

Unbelievable Rob,What a great lot you got there for amazingly good prices,would you like to double your money & sell them to me.  Great to see how things worked 35 years ago & how these notes have appreciated since that time,Thanks Rob

I love the old notes, get a few old paper notes in a bundle and smell them.............THATS the smell of money  . The new polymer notes just smell like Glad wrap  Some great notes posted in this thread  I would post some of mine but mine are a bit like the pub coins
