In honor of the day, here is my set of independence-themed 1976 US Bicentennial commemoratives in numbered, artist-signed, PCGS holders.

Hope everyone enjoys the holiday! See you on the flipside!

I apologize for the length delay in responding, it slipped my mind that I had questions pending...

My understanding is that the artists were brought together for a 25th anniversary reunion on 18 October 2001; former President Gerald Ford was also part of the reunion as the coins were issued during his presidency.

While they were together, the artists and President Ford signed a variety of specially-printed PCGS inserts. The coins in my OP are from a numbered, limited set of uncirculated silver bicentennial commemoratives. I'm also aware of signed sets containing proof versions of the silver coins but without a serialized set number -- I've included images of mine. There is also a set of numbered silver proof coins signed by Gerald Ford; I do not have one of these sets.

The price can vary significantly. I purchased my signed proof set for under $100 (a very good buy) -- I've seen folks trying to sell them for several hundred dollars. My numbered uncirculated set was a little more, but it was purchased for less than $200.00. I'm not sure what the Gerald Ford sets are selling for as I haven't seen a set listed for sale in quite some time -- I've seen the occasional individual coin offered for several hundred dollars, however.
