Given how weak the ghost of Lincoln is, I'd have to say that this is probably a generic capped die strike generated by an early-stage, uniface die cap.
Error coin writer and researcher.

I suspected it was struck through a capped die but the last photo is definitely clear enough to show it well, nice find
